RESISTANCE TRAINING
Resistance training is key in rehabilitating your body. It helps you to build bone density and muscle mass that helps you to better function as a person. Your body doesn't know the difference between dumbell weight or body weight. It only knows resistance. We use body weight so that you can build a solid foundation so you can function better.

CORE TRAINING
If you’re looking for a new and exciting approach to health and fitness, then you might be interested in my Core Training. We believe that everything starts from the core and you'll benefit from less back pain and a flatter tighter tummy.
